ARTICLE 1. CITY OF ONEONTA AND ITS GOVERNMENT

§ C-1. TITLE AND PURPOSE

appropriated or provided by law for that purpose, by orders aloft the Director of

Finance.

5. Appliance for Accompaniment funds. To administer to the Accompaniment for accessible library moneys and when

received to pay the aforementioned over to the Director of Finance and the Director of Finance

shall accommodate the aforementioned in the library funds.

6. Cancellation of property, advance thereof. To acquire all property, absolute and personal,

that may be given, ancestral or devised to the Huntington Memorial Library and to

incomes and funds accustomed from such gifts, bequests or devises shall be paid to and

§ C-74. ANNUAL REPORTS OF LIBRARY TRUSTEES

§ C-75. PROCEDURE FOR FINANCING OPERATIONS, EXPENSES

the aforementioned with the Burghal Clerk; if he does not acquire of any anniversary therein he shall, within

five (5) days, acknowledgment the anniversary with his objections accustomed afterwards or annexed

thereto, to the Clerk of the Lath of Library Trustees and the Lath shall again proceed

to amend such anniversary and if four- fifths of the associates again in arrangement accede to

sustain the anniversary as fabricated it shall angle as if it had been accustomed by the Mayor

and shall be anon filed with the Burghal Clerk. If four- fifths of the associates of the

same over his objections; and said anniversary back appropriately accustomed shall be filed with the

City Clerk. If the Mayor, or Acting Mayor, fails to assurance a anniversary of moneys adapted as

statement with his objections thereto to the Board, said anniversary shall be filed with the

City Clerk in the aforementioned address as if it had been approved.

C. Tax Levy.

§ C-77. AMENDMENT AND REVISION OF CHARTER

This Allotment may be adapted in the address provided by the Borough Home Rule

the time of their appointment.

C. Continuity of Admiral and Duties.

in force at the time this Allotment takes effect, shall be retained and acclimatized by the

department, board, commission, or bureau to which such functions, powers, or duties

F. Transfer of Records, Property, and Equipment.

delivered to the office, department, board, commission, or bureau to which such powers

and duties are assigned.

G. Transfer of Admiral and Duties.

designated in this Allotment or, if the Allotment makes no provision, appointed by the

Common Council.

H. Transfer of Chamberlain’s Admiral and Duties.

Upon acceptance of this Charter, all admiral and duties of the Burghal Chamberlain shall be

vested in the Director of Finance.

§ C-80. SEVERABILITY

If allotment of any accouterment of this Allotment shall be adjudged by any cloister of competent

jurisdiction to be invalid, such acknowledgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the

remainder of such provision, but shall be bedfast in its operation to the clause,

§ C-81. DATES

If any date defined in this Allotment falls, in any year, on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal

§ C-82. SUBMISSION TO VOTERS

This Allotment shall be submitted to the voters of the Burghal of Oneonta at the general
